About Client’s Business:

Barclays plc is a British multinational universal bank headquartered in London, England. The Barclays plc originated from the Goldsmith Banking business established in 1690 and spanned a longer journey to this current British multinational banking sector with two divisions, Barclays UK and Barclays International, coming under Barclays Execution Services.

Barclays has its primary index in London Stock Exchange under the category of the FTSE 100 Index and secondary on the New York Stock Exchange. The Financial Stability Board has referred to Barclays plc as the systemically important bank.

As per the 2011 paper, Barclays was listed as the most powerful transnational corporation in terms of ownership. Therefore, it got its corporate control of global financial stability and market competition and secured its top-3 banking firm position with Axa and State Street Corporation.

Pain Points/ Requirements:

Barclays, being a large banking sector of British territory, has a large IT infrastructure, and because of that, they had to face many network issues, like outages, clashes, etc. Thus, they needed a Networking Troubleshooting solution for their banking applications deployed using different code files along with IT infrastructure support.
